New Zealand

I traveled through New Zealand for a couple of weeks by car, starting in Christchurch going southwards along the east coast and then crossing the Southern Alps to reach the Tasman Sea and to see one of the most impressive glaciers in the world, the Franz Josef Glacier. After that, I continued my journey on the North Island up to Cape Reinga which is the northern end of the North Island.

New Zealand is also known as The Land of the Long White Cloud the translation Aotearoa which is the Maori's name for that country.
