The Jungle, Puerto Maldonado

Puerto Maldonado is located in the jungle of the the Manú National Park. Our lodge was the Corto Maltes Lodge. Depending on what you (will) have booked, you may have guided tours to Lago Sandoval, monkey island, an old farm, a settlement of the Esejas, or to a canopy trail.

Please bear in mind that friaje is not just a cold wind. It sometimes brings rain and causes the temperatures to drop to 15°C at night. If you don't want to freeze make use of the offered blankets!
